Add `library_name` to metadata and update Github link

This PR improves the model card by:

Adding the library_name: transformers metadata tag. This enables the "Use in Transformers" widget on the model page and ensures the model is correctly recognized as compatible with the library.
Updating the Github repository link from https://github.com/deepglint/MVT to https://github.com/deepglint/unicom, which is the correct repository as indicated by the installation instructions.
